We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Please make sure to check your estimated delivery time before you commit to buy, as we cannot send the goods earlier than what is as advertised. Most of our items listed without any delivery charges (FREE Delivery) however we do pay £9.50 to the courier for UK mainland delivery service and this cost is already included in the the item cost. In the event if the item no longer needed or order by mistake and customer wanted to return for refund, delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund cost. 1) It is our policy to first replace incorrect or faulty items before we refund. You will be asked for a photo of the sent item and the original part with some further information to validate our claim.
2) We need to have received all relevant parts (whether correct, incorrect or faulty) back at our premises for inspection before we can make the appropriate decision. This is a procedure that takes time and will not be hurried.
3) It is the customers’ responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature - proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.
4) For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers' responsibility to keep them in a safe environment & return them in as near to the same condition in which they were supplied as possible.
5) Orders cancelled prior or after dispatch & parts wrongly ordered/ correctly supplied but no longer wanted may be subject upto a handling charge/ restocking fee.
6) Multiple orders which contain one or more incorrect or damaged item will be offered a replacement or refund for the incorrect items only – not the whole order.
